In less than a week, I'll be in Columbus, OH for my second Origins. I'm looking forward to catching up and hanging out with many of the awesome people I met last year, and of course, to playing playing games with some of those fine folks.
Here's my tentative list of games I want to play while at the show broken down into Games I want to play, Game I own but haven't played & Games I want to play again. also at the end is the current list of games I'll be bringing with me (subject to change as I actually start packing of course).
Imperial Settlers - I have been wanting to play this for a while now and it's starting to get frustrating. Hopefully Origins will let me FINALLY check this one off of the list. I know a number of people I'll see at Origins are fans, or at least are able to teach, so my plan is to keep looking pathetic until one of them takes pity on me.
La Granja - I know playing this will be dangerous for my wallet but I guess Origins is the time for such foolishness.
Elysium - I love the theme, what I've seen has been really intriguing, but some of the art decisions have me wary of whether the experience as a whole will seem unharmonius. Hoping to play & determine if it needs a place in my collection.
City of Iron - I keep wondering about this one & since it showed up on someone else's list of things they'd like to play (*cough* Hey Copac *cough*), I'm hoping that this Origins might be the time to chek it out.
Orleans
Spirit Island - the theme is amazing & I've heard some good mutterings. Looking forward to checking this one out at booth 703 where it'll be hanging out with the DHMG crew.
Apotheca - after seeing Ken talk about this one, I'm intrigued.
City of Gears
Abluxxen – especially since according to WEM, I'll be kicked out of NC if I don't get this one played...
Cacao - I hadn't heard of this one before it was Highly Recommended by the Spiel jury and then I kept seeing photos & mentions of it on twitter. I looks interesting so I'd like to try it out while in Ohio.
Colt Express - with its SdJ recent nomination, I'd like to play it at least once to see how it stacks up.

Trajan - I own it, I've never played, I REALLY want to learn. I'm bringing this one with me in the off-chance I get to pull it out.

Mysterium - I'd love to get in another game or two of this one. It'd be really neat if one of those plays could be at full player count (or at least close to it) so I can see how the game plays with a crowd.
Wombat Rescue - I love Matt's pooping & baby-rescuing game and would love to get a close look at the art now that it's been finalized. (Oh, and if you haven't already, check it out on Kickstarter by clicking on the game's title).
